We've been highly anticipating this class.

Participants will learn the basics of safe water bath methods and pressure canning of:

  • fruits
  • vegetables
  • jams & jellies
  • relishes
  • meats

There will be demonstrations of the methods, although not with "live" heat and stoves for saftey's sake.  You'll have a chance to question our instructor during the 2-3 hour class.

Annette Davis is an avid homesteader who has experience with edible plants, livestock, and she has been canning for years.  You'll get over your fear of trying to do home canning after seeing and hearing what Annette brings to the table.
